This looks cute and innocent, but it is the smelliest thing EVER. Imagine if you would, the combined smells of fresh manure on a hot day, a much used outhouse and dog poop. That is what it smells like outside my house whenever the wind blows. Before you remind me that I visited the house before purchasing it, I had no idea that mink farms even existed when we bought the house, so I obviously failed to ask where the closest one was located. Also, the mink farm smell doesn't occur every day. In fact, it's only now that the season has changed that it's starting to smell on a regular basis. Let me give you another example of how bad the smell is. Last night, Jack had a seriously gross poopy diaper. I usually open a window after the change to get the stink out. But when I took the diaper outside to the trash, I almost vomited. The smell was a million times worse than the diaper. In fact, I would have preferred a trashcan full of Jack diapers baking in the sun over the smell outside my house. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention the infamous Great Salt Lake stink. When the wind is right or a storm is brewing, the entire Salt Lake Valley is covered in the stink of rotten eggs. That is like the cherry on the mink farm cake.

You should just go over to that farm and murder some of them minkses. and use the fure to make nose-muffs. Like ear-muffs but they stop you from smelling things. Plus they would be luxurious.
Did you, by any chance, see the news tonight??? I just saw a little part of the story, but it seems a mink farm was invaded by an animal activist group last night and thousands of these little creatures were set free. I thought of you as soon as I heard the story. I wondered if you were at all involved. :)
Did you ever meet my pet, Minky? The mink button I used to pretend was a little animal when I was a kid?
I will mail you a clothes pin to wear on your nose from now on if you'd like. I'll even bedazzle your name on it so people don't think you're so weird when you have it on.
